Returns & Shipping Policy

Everything Football Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on great customer service and want all customers to be happy with their purchases.

You can return products and get a full refund or exchange for anything in store if the product is returned and received in store within 14 days from the date you purchased it.

It has to be returned in the exact same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

No returns will be excepted without proof of purchase.

If you have a faulty item it can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A full refund or store credit will be offered if staff agree that the product is at fault. If staff are unsure the item will be returned to the company of manufacturing for review before a full refund or credit is issued.

Please let us know the item you would like to return aswell as the first and last name that the order was placed under and the invoice number. Please also include your preferred method of contact.

Once we have received your email we will get back to you shortly.

Please note that any return shipping and handling charges are not covered by Everything Football and are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship with Australia Post eParcel.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business day of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-6 business days from dispatch date

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.
